Sallye Perrin

Sallye Perrin is a professional engineer with over 40 years of planning and engineering experience. She has served as a senior technical advisor or project director for transit and highway projects throughout the United States and Canada. She is nationally recognized for her ability to help agencies find innovative and cost-effective means to implement their programs and projects and is noted for her expertise in alternative delivery including design/build and public-private partnerships (P3).  Ms Perrin serves as WSP's National Director of P3s with a focus on transportation and has recently advised owners on procurements and delivery of P3 projects in Maryland, Michigan, California and Louisiana.
