Killa Design employed cutting-edge BIM software to model every aspect of the resort and surrounding islands. This detailed planning facilitated an immersive virtual reality experience for the owners, ensuring precise material and component selection. This precision reduces waste and costs while enhancing construction efficiency on the remote Zamani Islands. Parametric and regenerative software further optimized design elements, enhancing buildability and creating memorable guest experiences.
