Shenzhen Civil Code Park

The 16.8-hectare urban park is located in Fucheng Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen and is firstly opened on 7th January, 2021. The clients of this projet are Longhua District People’s Government, Shenzhen Longhua District Government and Longhua District Urban Management Bureau，Justice Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, China Resource (Shenzhen) Limited. This project gives new life to the once neglected park and offered a dynamic social gathering place. The park’s social importance is significantly recognized by the public as it is the first theme park of Civil Code in China, the main goal of the project is conveying the intangible ideology of Civil Code through the tangible design methods. The newly designed Shenzhen Civil Code Park contains urban park, memorial park and mountain park, aiming to explore the symbiotic relationship between ecology and culture. Through the main entrance square, civil law calendar axis, central activity area, outdoor theatre, civil law ring and civil law museum, inner lake water system, civil law subdivision and other landscape nodes, the park has successfully created a multi-level and shared outdoor living room for the public activities where every citizen has equal access to learn, play and enjoy.
